It's a one bedroom but the pictures have two beds. One in the "office" with a cut out, just like a tenement. Is that legal? The board most likely would not approve a couple with a kid shoehorned into that apt. The listing states it's a one bedroom with a two bedroom price tag. Only one bedroom with a window
