Draftperson/Designer/Surveyor/Architect Needed

Hello, I am in need of a draftperson / designer / surveyor / architect who can create a 100% accurate floor plan for a 1,400 SF apartment on 57th Street and Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, including measurements of all rooms, bathrooms, doorways, hallways, closets, soffits, ceiling heights, windows, etc...The purpose of the project is to determine where the kitchen should be constructed for the optimal two bedroom layout, plus bonus room. The opportunity for a follow up project will be available to cover the whole design/renovation for the remainder of the renovation.
