This is just weird. Sold for 999,950 after sitting on market for over year. New owner buys it, does nothing and turns around a month later and attempts to sell-by-owner for 1,200,000 pitching that it can be converted to a commercial property. No one one buys. Then they RIP THE ROOF OFF and list with re/max and add 180,000 to the price. Was the roof worth -180,000? What's going on here exactly?
