Discussion about Heritage 27 on 27th at 27-03 42 Road in Hunters Point
Heatherwood does not care about its tenants. This building is one problem after another. In the past 3 months 1 of 2 elevators has been down for >30 days, the "super" hasn't been able to shut off the alarm, and multiple gas leaks left the entire building without heat or hot water for 5 days without any compensation. Totally negligent management.
