Discussion about 156 East 30th Street in Kips Bay
To anyone thinking of renting the unit 4A please be advised this is a VERY loud unit. The person on top stomps until odd hours in the early morning hours. Drags and drops things with no regard. The person in the unit next to 4A has kids visiting on the weekend and you WILL hear it. Management does NOTHING to correct the situation and tenants are horribly selfish and inconsiderate. The guy who lived in the apartment prior to me left bc of the noise as well. You have been warned.
