Discussion about 820 Park Avenue #1B
Another "maisonette" whose floor plan looks a lot like a medical office or maybe it was a tenement maisonette. I am sure a change to the C of O will be easy breezy even though I have never seen that happen. Can anyone give one specific address where the space on the C of O was a former medical space and is now being legally used via the C of O residentially? 740 has their medical space listed. Some would say that's a better address.
