This building is a dump. Plumbing,elevator,hot water and laundry are all problems and frequently don't work. Ancient windows make it hot in summer with high electric bills and cold in winter. The roof leaks into apartments on higher floors. There are mice and cockroaches. Management is awful and un-responsive to tenant's needs. Good location, but not worth living in squalor.
