Don't be fooled by the location. This building is a dump. Everyone whose lease is up is moving out. Hot water and the elevator are unreliable and often unavailable. Mice and roaches. Cold in winter and hot in summer. Plumbing is terrible. Management is creepy and weird. The real estate agent tells you nothing about the problems and collects her big check. Stay away.
