This building is a dump. Every tenant whose lease was up moved out. The plumbing,hot water and elevator frequently are broken. Toilets don't flush, water doesn't drain, no hot showers in winter. Count on a third floor walk up since the elevator is out a lot. There are mice and roaches. The ancient windows make it cold in winter in hot in summer. Management is weird and unresponsive. The real estate agent will take a big fee and not tell you of any problems with the apartment. Don't be taken in by the location. daily life in this building sucks.
