Discussion about 89 Bleecker Street #2L
This building is a dump. Elevator, hot water and plumbing often don't work. There are mice and roaches. Everything is dirty. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Management is weird and un-responsive. The real estate agent takes a big fee and doesn't tell you about all the problems. The location is good, but daily life in this building sucks.
