I know, I know, why bother? But I couldn't help it and listed 4 sales in 2004 which kinda crushed his argument unless you get uber-picky in defining "decent". I know, I know, why bother? But I couldn't help it and listed 4 sales in 2004 which kinda crushed his argument unless you get uber-picky in defining "decent". Anyway, I thought it may be useful/informative to pool information about sales closed in 2003-2004-2005 on a thread, similarly to what is done in the price choppers thread. I think that may be informative for anybody who doesn't realize the size of this bubble and how little we've gone down thus far in terms of what would be a reasonable correction. Anyway, the 4 sales I posted were: 1641 Third Avenue #27F 330 East 79th Street #4A 444 East 86th Street #18B 402 East 90th Street #1A 2-3 brs in UES in 2004. [less]
