Reduced Broker Fees

Has anyone successfully negotiated a reduced broker fee below the standard 6% from any of the big full-service firms (prudential, corcoran, brown harris, etc.). Additionally, has anyone negotiated a reduced fee if the buyer doesnt have an agent or if I as the seller find a buyer? Thanks in advance.
