Not a lot of discussion here about the most expensive part of the NYC residential r.e mkt - the high end. Even after declines of 25% or more, in the most desirable neighborhoods prices still hover north of 2k/sq ft in these large apts (call it 3200+). Will scarcity of supply overweigh economic fundamentals, or will the crises hurt the segment even more than it has already?
