Discussion about
Considering a downtown apartment but the subway runs under the building. For those living in that type of building, does it bother you and is it annoying enough to not recommend the apartment? The vibrations and noise a major problem?

Is the city actually allowing people to build under subways? It sounds very unhealthy and dangerous.

You can get used to noise, but I doubt you can ever get used to the vibrations. I would imagine vibrations can also cause structural damage over time.

Is this the 20 Pine building downtown which has a subway entrance under the building?

They'd sell way more heroes if they stuck to their traditional plan of opening in storefronts. Even if the rent is cheaper on the top floor, they're bound to get way less foot traffic. It would help Jared lose even more weight if the building is a walkup, though.
