Discussion about
Our building has been having a mouse problem and despite mentioning it to the super, nothing has been done. We ended up having an exterminator come in. Is this something we could get reimbursement for? I've heard of reimbursements for bedbugs but not sure what the norm is or how to address it. We own, for reference.

Most buildings have arrangements with an extermination company. You needed to do more than "mention" it to the super. A letter to the super with copies to the managing agent and the board would have been more effective. I doubt you will be reimbursed but there is no harm in trying.

I think you should definitely submit some sort of formal notice to the co-op ASAP. It will give you leverage later if you continue to incur personal expenses and ultimately try to recoup them.
