Can anyone recommend a broker that is good at short-term rentals? I need a two bedroom for Jan-Mar in the BPC, Tribeca area.
I can help you with short term rentals. How much are you looking to spend?

I need a short term rental ae well. A two-three bedroom February through March. Upper West Side, 72nd street area.
Only a handful of agent REALLY know this niche market and that's why I totally understand that question posted (many clients end in frustration) . I have the resources, knowledge and expierence (5 years+) in specifically the furnished market. Torsten Krines Sotheby's International Realty 212-431-2471 >see me listings on nycsir.com
btw always interview your agent to sort out the weed. Ask what was the last deal they've done in this market. Ask specific question (such where was the apartment, what size and price, for how long, did you have to go throught board, is there a building fee etc.) and you find out very quick if the broker only knows the unfurnished market (most of them) and won't show you apartments with grandma furniture (or worst never seen the apartment). My Broker was worthless. I found my rental on Craigs List. Guess I was lucky, no broker.... NO FEE!!
We've been in five sublets in the last year - four from Craigs List, one referral from one of our landlords.
Two broker experiences the same: apartment no longer available, they just raised the price, it was no fee, but now we get one... Then you see the same apartments advertised at the same terms for weeks after.
Bad for renters, bad for honest real estate professionals.
Aovid 49 Street, east of Second Avenue, for short-term rentals. . . .
