Sale at 643 Degraw Street

This is the worst renovation, if you can call it that, that I've ever seen. Paint is chipping off the walls; the basement is a complete nightmare, with several windows boarded up and a huge old rusty oil tank sitting in the corner. The second floor is covered with paper or linoleum that looks like wood that is not even nailed to the ground at many spots; the ceiling fans which have a circular base were installed in square holes so there are exposed gaps in the ceiling, and because of what appears to be shoddy carpentry/architecture, the stairs height from one to the next is totally different. Last but not least, the living room floor is warped and not level, which makes me think this place has more substantial isues than shoddy carpentry. Anyone else visit this open house?
