Turnover at 156 East 79th Street?

Discussion about 156 East 79th Street in Lenox Hill
Does anyone have any information on this building? Six sales in seven years seems like extremely low turnover for a building that has 84 units. (~1%) Are many of the units combined? Is the building listed under another address? On that note, what is annual turnover normally in a co-op of this type? 10%? The units are small for large families, so I see it as the type of building a young couple might move before buying a larger unit when there are more children.
