Sale at 727 Dean Street #1F

These pictures are of another apartment in the building. I went to the open house today, and was very disappointed. The kitchen is much smaller than the one in the picture and does not have a dishwasher. The living room is very narrow (less than 9 ft wide would be my guess). The bedroom is pretty small as well. The greatest disappointment was the downstairs, which probably would not even fit a full sized bed. Everyone at the open house walked out just as disappointed as we did. Note to the broker: Be realistic with the pictures/floor plan to manage expectations.
