Discussion about 154A 23rd Street in Greenwood
House was presented as gut renovated, but inspection found that this was not true. The problems are: 1. Roof and skylights must be replaced 2. Termites infestation and damage 3. Leak to the garden apartment bathroom 4. Incorrectly installed siding resulting in rotting walls 5. Mold 6. Incorrect slop and clogged drainage 7. Window frames rotten
