"I'm seeing some seller financing deals taking shape, and auction-style selling where we price the property substantially lower than market and generate multiple offers to arrive at the market price."

That is very interesting.

Not the end of the world, just the middle of a crash...

Apparently, if you post news on moon landings and such, no one will notice...

Denial, I expected. Bitterness, I expected.

But we now have folks are are basically putting their hands over their ears and shouting, as if thats is going to turn back time.

I knew there would be stupidity coming, but this is beyond my wildest expectations.

Really, ccdevi, you may not want to read relevant or irrelevant posts, but you're becoming a litterbug.

Well I'm glad to see they're clearing out ccdevi's litterbug posts. Next they should block his IP address.

Thanks, SE!

Funny that there was a thread a day or two ago when I said Streeteasy absolutely should not ban the bears (stevejhx was called out for banning by name). Yet now you're calling out for me to be banned. Clearly one of us is a bit more scared of the other's arguments.

Bears are fine, bulls are fine. LICC can argue all day, all good.

Trolls, on the other hand, are not. Dumb trolls, even less so.

nyc10022 is the ultimate troll. You aren't a bear, you are the ultimate troll. If you really had a compelling point of view, you'd be able to express it in a concise manner instead of needing to post constantly and beg people to pay attention to you. Also, you've now started down the path of too much personal information getting into stevejhx / Steve Hanley of West 21st Street.

I appreciate the articles that nyc10022 posts. Often, they're not ground breaking, but they do demonstrate how the press is reporting on the market.

sorry you're disappointed, ccdevi. No one minds if you post your usual nonsense, but when you post completely unrelated articles just to get people to stop reading, then you deserve to be deleted.

Sorry, w67, I do not have and have never had another screen name. Contact management and ask them.

Yes, it is bated, but it doesn't come from "to bate," which means "to beat." It is an adjective.

I appreciate the informed dialogue of nyc10022 and stevejhx and others. The VWear types make for dreary reading.

"but when you post completely unrelated articles just to get people to stop reading"

silly per usual. why would people stop reading because of my post? more to the point, why would i want people to stop reading? nothing in that article that I don't acknowledge and nothing in there we didn't know, the 75% reduction in activity is obvious to anyone paying even a little attention and has already been discussed on the board. my post was nothing more then a slight twist on the "lincoln shot" response.

Thanks guys. It is ironic that the biggest troll "complaints" - from vwear, etc. - come from the posts folks are most thankful for.

Its info. Care, don't care, read it, don't read it.... but stop this nonsense of telling folks what they should and shouldn't care about.
