The apartment's problems have nothing to do with 2BR at 3BR price, or whatever she said. It's horrifically ugly, with a poor 2BRlayout (master bathroom not en suite with master bedroom) that make an awful 3BR layout , in a mediocre building with Ollie's in the lobby. When Lenz refers in the listing to views "across the park" she must be high. The only redeeming thing about it is that it's owned by a quasi-celebrity (commercials, reality TV).

And so it begins.
Even what is listed in that article, however, is vastly overpriced with respect to comparable rentals.
I know the Dolly Lenz UWS condo mentioned in the article: http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/229087-condo-1991-broadway-lincoln-square-new-york, which had been on the market previously with Bellmarc http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/87407-condo-1991-broadway-lincoln-square-new-york, for total price chops of $2.5 to $1.65 Million, only to pulled from the market (I told Streeteasy that there were the same listing, but they didn't do anything).
